About Us
St Donats Art Centre is set in the outstandingly beautiful grounds of St Donats Castle and is a premier cultural centre in South Wales. From this unique location, the Centre combines the local with the international through a varied public programme of professional arts events, and encourages development of artistic activity in the community by presenting amateur arts in a professional setting.
The mixed arts programme falls into two main seasons:
Summer Festival
A series of large-scale high profile events that make the most of the Centre's Castle location and attracting visitors from across Wales, the UK and overseas, combining the local and the international in this prestigious setting.
Autumn to Spring
A varied weekly programme including cinema, music, visual arts, literature and theatre, drawing in audiences from across South Wales.
