UWC Atlantic College seeks to bring together a diverse range of young people from around the world in a lifelong pursuit of peace and social justice through dialogue, radical engagement and positive action.
The Atlantic Diploma represents the mission of the college in action. It focuses on a lifelong commitment to activity in the community, to collaborative work and social engagement and develops in young people personal initiative and the skills of leadership. Students are placed into positions of responsibility and decision making, and through action and personal example demonstrate a commitment to making a positive difference in the world.
The Atlantic Diploma recognises the contribution of young people to the ethos and values of the UWC mission.
