Atlantic MediCamp

Welcome to the world of MediCamp, an innovative, residential programme aimed at developing crucial skills focused around the themes of Medicine, Health and Wellbeing.

Through a range of thought provoking experienced-based workshops, simulations and visits, delivered by leading sector partners (including Swansea University and Lubas Medical), practitioners and some of the country’s top medical students, you’ll be learning about working in the world of medicine and allied healthcare from the real experts within it.

MediCamp is an inspiring, challenging, highly rewarding programme that will dissect the anatomy of the medical world, from different angles. Every day is packed with new experiences and you’ll be working together with passionate and aspirational young people from across the globe on hands-on projects to explore what it means to work in Medicine, Health and Wellbeing.

Programme Cost: £2,950

MediCamp is based at UWC Atlantic; a 12th Century castle by the sea in Wales. You’ll have opportunities to explore the local area and experience the beauty of South Wales and with a 122 acre site, including its own woodland, seafront, farm and valley, you’ll be able to take part in a diverse and intensive programme of activities including lifeguarding, kayaking, surfing, sailing, power boating, swimming, mountain walking, navigation, and climbing.
