Environmental Faculty students provide free (homemade) apple juice at food festival

On the 08 October, South Wales Slow Food held a festival at Southern down beach.

The Atlantic College Environmental Faculty students and teachers were there with the antiquated apple press and they gave out free organic apple juice to the public. All the apples were used were grown in the valley and picked by college students. It was nice for the students to have community impact and supply apples that were grown on campus.
