College & University Guidance

Choosing a college or university that matches your interests and talents is exciting and challenging. UWC Atlantic College’s Director of University Guidance supports students throughout the selection and application process. Our student-centred approach encourages students to follow their passions and seek out the best options for their particular interests.

The IB Curriculum and the college’s own co-curricular programme forming the Atlantic Diploma make UWC Atlantic College students highly sought after. Universities value the combination of academic achievement and engagement with world issues. Therefore, several of our graduates progress into top university programmes around the world.

Each year, Atlantic College welcomes over 100 visitors from universities from the UK, US, Canada, Europe, Australia and Asia. These come either as individual visitors for presentations and interviews or as part of one of our University and College Fairs held throughout the year:

  • Late September: North American University and College Fairs
  • Spring: Dutch University and University Colleges Fair
  • Early May: UK University Fair - See this news feature about the 2017 UK University Fair.

The UWC Atlantic College Profile provides an overview of last year’s graduating class and their university destinations.
